Looking Back:
It's pretty much a given that any person you need to meet in a RPG is guaranteed to be in the most inaccessible place around. In Pokémon games, that means that they'll be somewhere filled with wild pokémon. Usually a cave. You know, it's interesting that, for all it's fancy technology, no one in the Pokémon Universe seems to carry a cell phone. Actually, they do have phones (or something similar) in a couple of the games. But no one ever thinks to use them for something like calling up the guy they're looking for and asking to meet at the nearest Pokémon Center. |
