Looking Back:
Have you ever heard a bird growl? Me neither. They can chirp, sing, cheep, caw, hiss, and squawk but they can't growl. Which makes it rather odd that torchic learns growl, especially when there's plenty of more appropriate stat reducing attacks that it could learn instead like tail whip or leer. On an unrelated note, notice how everyone is standing on top of the grass? In Paint it was a lot easier to completely finish my backgrounds before adding the characters since I couldn't go back and rearrange stuff later on without having to remake entire areas. Not that I couldn't put objects in the foreground, I did later on, it was just easier not to. |
