| Looking Back: At this point in the comic, I still didn't really have motion blurs down all that well. Just straight up blurring a sprite like with those skitty gives a little bit of an impression of speed, but mostly just makes them look fuzzy. And if the skitty are running fast enough to be blurred, why aren't Brendan and May? On the plus side, you can see the grass changing from panel to panel, so that helps with the illusion of movement a bit. |
