Looking Back:
The final pokénav feature is Trainer's Eyes. After encountering certain trainers, they're added to a list which serves two purposes. First, you can view their pictures and read some pointless and, in some cases, rather strange quotes. Sometimes it'll also say that they're looking for a battle, in which case you can go back and fight them again. It's generally not worth the effort, but still kind of a neat addition. Anyway, I always thought that this girl's self-introduction quote was one of the strangest. That said, considering how important bathing is in Japanese culture, from their perspective, it might be a perfectly reasonable thing to say. |
